Cyclone Dust Collector

Our cyclone dust collector delivers high efficiency, low cost dust collection, filtration
and separation.  Applications include chemical processing, woodworking, ore processing,
machining, paper converting, and wood shop dust collection involving sticky materials.

The Tri-Mer cyclone dust collector with ceramic tile liner was engineered for the cement industry,
specifically for loading spouts, baggers, ball mills and belt transfer points.  Our cyclone dust collector
is also ideal for scrap metal recycling.  A "lab-scale," mobile cyclone dust collector is well suited for
applications such as pill and tablet manufacturing.

A cyclone dust collector is ideal for large particulate dusts and for prefiltering.
Features include separate dust collector trap and direct-drive fan to keep
energy costs low.  The Tri-Mer cyclone dust collector is suitable for product recovery. 
Models are available for explosive and high-sparking dusts.  Our cyclone dust collector
exhausts only clean air, and can be installed in-plant, or out-of-doors.
