BELT DRIVEN BLOWER

These fans generally incorporate a rigid polypropylene or PVC housing with a backwardly
inclined fan impeller coated with an appropriate FRP material to resist corrosion or an
appropriate alloy impeller.

These fans incorporate New York Blower fan impellers and inlet cone design. 
Performance factors are guaranteed regarding airflow and PD.

Exhaust blower capacities range from 100 cfm through 150,000 cfm in single-size blowers
with pressures available up to 30 of W.G.

All fans / blowers are available in Arrangement 9 or 1 configurations, with custom
configurations available.

These exhaust blowers can be coupled to any Tri-Mer scrubber or act as independent
exhaust blower systems.

DIRECT DRIVE BLOWER

Tri-Mer direct-drive blowers feature a corrosion-resistant, polypropylene housing;
internal and external support members are also rigid polypropylene.  Polypropylene is
superior to fiberglass and similar materials where structural integrity must be combined
with exceptional resistance to corrosion and mechanical stresses.  View our Direct

Tri-Mer Direct Drive Blowers incorporate fan impellers custom-engineered to the application. 
In centrifugal design, capacities are 50-150,000 cfm.

Optional materials include PVC, polypropylene, fiberglass, 304 and 316L stainless steel,
and mild steel.  Variable frequency drive options are also available.

Tri-Mer fans are the industry standard for many applications and have a long history of high
reliability under punishing conditions.  Tri-Mer also supplies laboratory exhaust fans for
lower-capacity air-handling.
